In existographies, Priestley Unbeliever (c.1720-1800), aka an anonymous “Mr. Hammon”, later said to be English chemist-physician Matthew Turner (ΡΊ), or possibly two authors combined, refers to the 1782 author of Answer to Dr. Priestley’s Letters to a Philosophical Unbeliever, an atheist response to Joseph Priestley’s 1772 Institutes of Natural and Revealed Religion and or his 1780 Letters to a Philosophical Unbeliever.
